The front door and who pays
In our building we were deciding who should pay to fix the front door. The guy from the third floor and I said splitting it was fine. A guy from the first floor talked for twenty minutes, saying he barely uses the front door, that he has problems, that times are hard. In the end he paid half of what we did. Leaving the meeting he was whistling, and he held the door open for me.
