From bike to oven: an unexpected destiny

A cousin of mine bought a racing bike and joined a group that heads out on Sundays at seven. On the third ride he came back with a skinned knee and the chain in his hand. He sold the bike to a kid in the neighborhood, and with the money he bought himself a bread oven. Now on Sunday mornings he still gets up at five, but to knead dough, and the house smells of yeast until noon.
